Powerless in Cincinnati
Hi, all,
Shortly after I posted the podcast this week, a storm hit related to the recent hurricane and wiped out power to 90% of the Duke Energy coverage area (stretching many states). Duke Energy had sent trucks down to Texas to help with their hurricane needs leaving us with minimal coverage. Well, disaster struck and we’ve been told it could be until well into the weekend before we have power again.
The Pyrate, the kids and I are safe and grilling pancakes on propane grill. Thank god we are experienced campers. Our neighbors were not so lucky. Many properties are badly damaged.
I still owe you an episode of Pillowtalk and I have not forgotten, but bear with me until we get power restored.
